Buckle Up

The other day I was driving along and stopped at a stop light over to
my left was a child about 10 years old in the front seat with no seat
belt on and her window was down i rolled my window down and asked her
to put her seat belt on and she smiled and put it on. I wonder what
the person in the drivers seat was thinking, but if I had been a
police she probably would have received a huge fine for no seat belt
