It is Mandatory & Stronger Motor Vehicle Department Enforcement

 - 1st Time Violation... $500 fine... plus state surcharge
 - 2nd Time Violation... $750 fine... plus state surcharge
 - 3rd Time Violation... $1000 fine... plus state surcharge... plus SR22 Filing
