Limits of Liability

Arizona state law for automobile insurance financial responsibility requires you carry limits of at least 15,000 per person, 30,000 max per accident for bodily injury and 10,000 max for property damage for third party damages.

In reality that is not sufficient coverage in any case regardless of your financial position, you can get into a minor accident with just about any car on the road and meet or exceed those limits quickly. If you get into a serious accident you can exceed those limits all to quickly. If the damages you cause are severe enough, and you have any assets of value you can risk being sued for the damages you caused along with compensation for pain and suffering should your policy limits not be sufficient to cover those damages. You can be at risk for loosing your home, car, tax liens, judgements, anything else of value you may own, etc. It's something you would much rather not go through.
Even if you don't have any assets of value your still at risk for other repercussions you may not know about.

You can avoid having this happen to you, or minimize the risk by purchasing higher limits of liability on your auto insurance policy.
